We were formed in 2005 with our headquarters in Dallas Texas and branch offices in Pennsylvania, Canada, and Ireland. 

We focus on the small to medium sized business or enterprise market (SMB/SME) providing a complete IP telephony solution and other revenue and recurring revenue producing services to Value Added Resellers, Sub-Distributors, and Agents.

We signed a Master Distributor contract with AYC Telecom in the UK in order to market their IP PBX products in the U.S.A, Canada, and Ireland, exclusively via the channel.   This IP PBX, the IPcts (c-converged, t-telephone, s-system) has all of the features and functionality of equipment 3 to 7 times more expensive contained in a form factor that can be easily mounted on a desk or in a standard 19” rack.

Our aim is to bring more competitive and more cost effective IP products to the market
